Most Quebecers recognize that a strong university system is the gateway to social wellbeing and economic prosperity. But how can universities best serve Quebec and its global ambitions? How do we best mobilize universities as a bridge to bring the world to Quebec and Quebec to the world? How should Quebec’s university system adapt to the globalized, knowledge-intensive world of the 21st-century? And most importantly, what funding models and public policies are needed to create a vibrant future for Quebec?
