A graduate of Concordia University with a B.A. in Political Science, Lino Saputo, Jr., has been actively involved in Saputo’s operations for more than 25 years. He started working in the plants when he was only 13-years old, and was successively promoted to the positions of Executive Assistant, Plant Manager, Vice-President, Operations, Executive Vice-President, Operations and President and Chief Operating Officer, Cheese Division (USA).

In March 2004, he was appointed to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer, thus succeding his father at the healm of the company established in 1954, in Montreal.
