Biography

Hugo Boisvert

He previously served as President of Perdue Farms’ prepared foods division in the United States, where he managed all aspects of operations, sales and marketing. Prior to Perdue Farms, he served as CEO of Maxi Canada and vice president and general manager of pharmaceutical manufacturer Pharmascience.
He also spent more than 18 years at L’Oréal in a variety of Canadian and international leadership positions. Boisvert graduated from Bishop’s University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and earned a Master of Marketing from Université de Sherbrooke. He also completed a general executive leadership program at INSEAD business school in France.

 

Justine Hendricks

University. She brings over two decades of experience in financial services, including 17 years at Export Development Canada (EDC) and 7 years at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). At EDC, she led business development across multiple sectors and was the organization’s first Chief Sustainability Officer, driving the development of the corporate environment and human rights strategies.
As FCC's President and CEO, Justine is committed to fostering a sustainable and customer-driven future, empowering Canadian agriculture to grow, innovate, and thrive. She is recognized for her strategic and client-focused leadership.
She also serves on the University of Ottawa Board of Governors and is a dedicated community volunteer.

 

Sébastien Léveillé

Sébastien Léveillé is Chief Executive Officer of Nutri Group, a leader in the Canadian egg industry whose unique “Farmer-Owned” model spans coast to coast and produces, grades, and processes more than 2.4 billion eggs annually.
Taking the helm in 2021, Sébastien led a major strategic turnaround that propelled Nutri Group to industry leadership and set the stage for significant and sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Nutri Group, Sébastien spent more than 15 years with Sollio Cooperative Group, where he held strategic leadership positions, including Executive Vice President, Agriculture, and Chief Executive Officer of Sollio Agriculture. His visionary leadership was instrumental in the rollout of a strong Canada-wide network of input retailers.
Sébastien holds a bachelor's degree in agroeconomics from the Université Laval and a master's degree in business administration (MBA) from the Université de Sherbrooke. Recognized for his strategic leadership and communication skills, he is regularly invited to speak at pan-Canadian agricultural organizations.
He was also named one of the “Top 50 in Canadian Agriculture” by the Canadian Western Agribition in 2020.
