We are living in an era defined by rapid digital evolution that is fundamentally transforming customer experiences and expectations.

The financial sector is not immune to this new reality with the emergence of new players in this industry as traditional financial institutions adapt to this new reality: instant and ubiquitous data connectivity, AI powered applications, embedded financial services, digital currencies and stablecoins, and cyber threats.

For Canadian banks, all of this is now unfolding against a backdrop of significant geopolitical upheaval, as the Canada works actively to build a resilient and self sufficient economy. How must banks position themselves to continue serving Canadian consumer and companies and to thrive amid such deep and fast transformation? The address will be followed by an interview with France Margaret Bélanger, President of Sports and Entertainment, Groupe CH.

Please note that the presentation will be in French.
