Éric Lachance

Since joining Énergir in 2017, Éric Lachance has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 2020. Committed to the energy transition, he views energy not as a product, but as a service that must effectively meet a range of needs, including the transition toward a lower-carbon economy. In addition to serving as Co-Chair of the 2026 campaign for Centraide of Greater Montreal, he has been a member of its Board of Directors since 2024, as well as a member of the Board of Fondation des Petits Rois, whose mission is to support the education and development of children living with intellectual disabilities.

Tasha Lackman

Tasha Lackman is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Centraide of Greater Montreal, a role she began in February 2026. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the philanthropic, community, business, and academic sectors to strengthen our collective capacity to fight poverty and social exclusion.

Before joining Centraide, Tasha Lackman led The Depot Community Food Centre, guiding the agency through a major period of growth. Under her leadership, the agency strengthened its internal structures, diversified its funding sources, and doubled its revenue, allowing it to significantly expand its impact in the community.

She also served as Vice-President, Philanthropy and Community at the Foundation of Greater Montréal, where she helped develop a strategic plan rooted in principles of justice, diversity, and inclusion. During her tenure, she also fostered new, transformative philanthropic collaborations for the region.

A lawyer by training, Tasha Lackman spent more than 10 years at Fasken, specializing in real estate financing and institutional partnerships. This experience deepened her expertise in governance, organizational development, and strategic management.

Deeply engaged in the community, she has served on numerous boards and governance committees, including those of the Lufa Farms Foundation, Old Brewery Mission, the YMCAs of Québec, Oxfam-Québec, and the Foundation of Greater Montréal.

Recognized for her unifying leadership, Tasha Lackman is guided by a philosophy rooted in listening, clarity, and consistency.
